Francisco holds a Law degree and is a certified FUEDI-ELAE Loss Adjuster. With over 25 years of experience handling claims across all profiles, he has been the Director of the Liability and Legal division since 2018.

He specializes in product liability, employer’s liability, and personal injury claims. Additionally, he has extensive expertise in property damage, crime/theft, and international claims. His key strengths include managing cross-border claims involving multiple claimants and leading the adjustment of complex losses.
