BUILDING ADVICE SERVICES

Our services include general client advice. In addition, there are analyses and assessments of building conditions. We are specialists in e.g., investor advice, due diligence, calculation work, tenant advice and transfer business.

Comprehensive building advice

Our building advisors have been responsible for providing ongoing client advice for AP Pension. Our services have included completing reviews of the preliminary and main project phases, and reconciling authority and client requirements related to the financial framework. Our team also reviewed critical construction and material selection, buildability and schedule assessment.

In addition, the advisory task included coordinating the residential buildings with the underlying parking garage, as well as with revetment and filling of artificial islands on which parts of the homes are located.

Scrutiny and deficiency review of service law housing and day care

As the client advisor for the Municipality of Copenhagen, we carried out an examination of the main project and a deficiency review in connection with the handover and first year review.

Roof renovation and installation of solar panels

In connection with a total renovation project, we have been responsible for the condition assessment of existing roofs, replacement planning, energy renovation and solar panels, etc.

We have also carried out a fire and risk analysis, which provides an updated picture of the security level and a basis for adjusting the emergency plan for the nursing home.

Consulting and planning

As the client’s advisor on the Winter Bath Bryggen project in the Port of Copenhagen, our team provided advice in connection with the contractual relations and project tender and assisted with budget and schedule planning.
