Following Hudson’s promotion, Sabrina McLaughlin joins Sedgwick as UK & Ireland Chief Financial Officer

LONDON – Sedgwick, the world’s leading risk and claims administration partner, announced the appointment of Tracey Hudson as International Chief Financial Officer. Sabrina McLaughlin will join Sedgwick as UK & Ireland Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Hudson in the role.

Hudson joined Sedgwick in 2023 as UK Chief Financial Officer before expanding her responsibilities to include Ireland. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s finance organisation across its international business, partnering with leaders to strengthen performance and advance Sedgwick’s strategic priorities.

She brings more than 25 years of senior finance and board-level leadership experience across telecommunications, professional services and insurance. Prior to joining Sedgwick, Hudson led large-scale transformation initiatives and global finance operations in senior finance leadership positions.

“Tracey has made a significant impact since joining Sedgwick, combining strategic financial leadership with a collaborative, commercial mindset,” said Kalani Reelitz, Global Chief Financial Officer, Sedgwick. “She has built strong partnerships across our organisation while leading meaningful organizational initiatives and strengthening our finance function.

“Finance delivers its greatest impact when it serves as a strategic catalyst for growth, innovation, and confident decision-making,” said Hudson. “I am excited to collaborate with colleagues across our international operations, helping to shape strategy, drive performance, and build on the strong foundations already in place to create long-term value for our clients, colleagues, and business.”

McLaughlin brings more than 15 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate strategy, and M&A across global organisations. She is recognized as a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams, has led capital allocation, enterprise transformation and growth initiatives in complex international environments, with deep expertise in governance, risk management and organizational scaling.

“Joining Sedgwick is an opportunity to work with a talented team and build on the strong momentum already established across the UK and Ireland,” said McLaughlin. “I’m looking forward to partnering across the business to support clients, strengthen performance and advance our shared goals.”

As UK & Ireland Chief Financial Officer, McLaughlin will oversee the region’s finance organisation, working closely with Hudson and the international finance leadership team to support business performance and Sedgwick’s long-term strategic priorities.
