The incorporations of Elena Clavijo, Miguel Garcia, Rubén Romero and Aaron Rubio reinforce the company’s offer in the peninsula

MADRID, May 16, 2023 – Sedgwick , a leading company in the claims assessment and management services sector, continues to consolidate in the Spanish market and announces the incorporation of new professionals to its staff: Elena Clavijo, Miguel Garcia, Rubén Romero and Aaron Rubio . They will reinforce the construction, industry, maritime and transport lines, from the offices in Barcelona, ​​Seville and Valencia.

The new additions to Sedgwick Iberia are:

Miquel García, technical architect from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, will be part of the team of Construction specialists from the Valencia office. Miquel has 20 years of experience in the appraisal sector and this trajectory has allowed him to acquire consolidated experience in different types of risk and areas of insurance with specialization in the Construction sector. He has also served as Project Manager and construction manager on various projects.

Aaron Rubio, Architect from the UPC, will strengthen the team of specialists in Barcelona to which he will contribute his more than 10 years of experience collaborating with distant expert companies in the insurance market. Outside the scope of expertise, as an Architect, he has carried out urban planning projects from their initial phase to the detailed design.

Elena Clavijo , graduated in Law from the University of Valencia, will be part of the maritime and transport area as Damage Commissioner. With more than 20 years of experience in these sectors, she has developed her career both in expert offices and in different shipping companies, freight forwarders and combined transport companies, thus projecting her knowledge towards the transportation insurance sector. Elena will strengthen the Barcelona office.

Rubén Romero , an expert in logistics and international transport with more than ten years of experience in the maritime sector, both in import and export, will be part of the Transport team from the Seville office. He has extensive experience in several international shipping companies as head of international maritime traffic, managing different cargoes and destinations, contact with customs, scanner, to coordinate transportation quickly and efficiently.
