Andrew Norris

Andrew has more than 30 years of experience in loss adjusting, underwriting, claims management, and risk engineering in the energy sector. He focuses on all forms of renewable energy as well as conventional power generation, transmission and distribution, submarine power cables, energy and carbon storage, upstream energy, and natural resources. His broad technical, commercial, and insurance background enables him to understand the full energy value chain—from mining raw materials to constructing and operating insured assets—and to progress even the most complex claims from notification through to resolution.
Andrew holds a BSc in Mining Engineering, has an Advanced Diploma in Insurance, is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and Chartered Engineer, and is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
