Paul is a Partner at Sedgwick Legal Services, specialising in cyber recoveries, data breach litigation and technology-related liability claims.

He supports insurers, corporates and public bodies on post-incident recovery strategy following cyber events, working alongside incident managers and digital forensic specialists to identify third-party responsibility and pursue commercially effective recoveries.

Paul also advises on contractual risk, limitation and funding strategy to deliver defensible, proportionate outcomes.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree.
