Our world-class infrastructure, secure-by-design software and robust security measures ensure that our clients and employee’s sensitive data is protected and compliant with regulations. Led by our privacy and IT security teams, we maintain top-tier certifications like SSAE18, SOC1, SOC2 Type II and ISO 27001:2013. Plus, our training programs ensure continuous education on data security best practices, adhering to GDPR.

 

We also use advanced privacy controls to manage data access and settings. With our role-based access control (RBAC) system and Genesys Cloud platform, we ensure secure customer engagement and data encryption. While data is retained for seven years to meet regulatory requirements, all call participant data is purged after 90 days, and email content after 180 days. Our Global Information Security Program (GISP) – led by our CISO – protects our systems and responds to evolving threats to keep client information safe.
