Adam Baylis

Adam has nearly 20 years of recruitment experience, including the last eight in loss adjusting. He became Head of Resource Solutions in 2022 and was promoted to Resource Solutions Director the following year. Under his leadership, the team has won several awards, including the Customer Service Return on Investment Award at the Institute of Customer Service’s Customer Satisfaction Awards and Outsourced Partner of the Year at the British Claims Awards. Adam’s expertise spans permanent, temporary, in-house, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), with strong skills in navigating the recruitment market and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
