of experience handling high-profile incidents
Our adjusters offer a wide range of services to help clients manage liability and property loss claims. We also provide subrogation and international claims handling, litigation management and expert witness testimony.
When an aircraft or any aeronautical product is damaged, we can arrange for a surveyor to be on site, almost anywhere in the world, within a few hours of notification. Our investigations of first-party claims include comprehensive reports with detailed descriptions of damage, recovery and repair options, cost estimates and recommendations. We also perform aircraft recovery, salvage sales and crisis and risk management services including operational safety surveys.
Our liability adjusting services encompass all aspects of the handling of third-party aviation claims including those arising from property damage and loss, personal injury to passengers, airport workers and cargo/baggage loss and damage, from first notification to final settlement where required. Our adjusters carry out detailed investigations into the circumstances surrounding the loss, including localized inspections and the taking of witness statements as required, as well as analysis of any applicable laws and contracts between the parties. Reports are issued to clients with our findings and recommendations regarding liability, strategy and claim reserves, and we communicate directly with the third party/their representatives, negotiating settlement where appropriate. Liability adjusters also assist on first-party claims in consideration of the potential liability of third parties and in the recovery/subrogation against such parties.
