At Sedgwick, corporate citizenship is important to us, and we’ve had a longtime commitment to supporting our colleagues, clients, and communities around the world as part of our caring counts philosophy.

Every holiday season, our corporate giving strategy leads us to support an organisation that is particularly meaningful to our company, colleagues and clients. We share this broadly as part of our season of giving campaign. This season of giving, we’re embracing new possibilities as we imagine what comes next after the pandemic and other societal and personal changes.

We’re dreaming big and believing anything is possible. In that same spirit, we’re proud to support Make-A-Wish®, an organisation that makes wishes come true for children with critical illnesses. Our colleagues voted to select Make-A-Wish as this year’s season of giving charity.

Our corporate giving strategy

Our strategy includes a variety of ways to give back. For example, we partner with a charitable organisation each quarter whose goals align with one of our giving pillars – education, well-being, social services and sustainability. Our support of Make-A-Wish this quarter aligns with our well-being pillar.

In addition to our corporate driven efforts, we celebrate and amplify the efforts of individual colleagues across the organisation who are taking action in their immediate communities to give back. Through our community champions programme, we recognize and celebrate the causes our colleagues are committed to. We also provide an online giving platform where colleagues can donate to causes they’re passionate about and even drive localized fundraising efforts. Through our combined charitable giving efforts at the corporate and individual colleague level, we can make an even greater impact around the world.

What do you imagine for the future?

Here at Sedgwick, we remain grateful for our 30,000 dedicated colleagues around the world and the privilege to serve our valued clients and business partners and help people when caring counts most. We hope you’ll join us on this journey of discovery, as we imagine a world where anything is possible.
