Kim Corcoran

Kim Corcoran is Senior Vice President of National Operations at Sedgwick, bringing more than 30 years of claims and operations leadership experience. She leads carrier-focused claims operations, partnering with executive leadership to drive performance, profitability, compliance and client outcomes.
Throughout her career, Kim has led large-scale national operations, including oversight of more than 700 colleagues across 14 offices. She has played a key role in expanding specialty programs, improving operational excellence and developing talent, including creating Sedgwick’s Industry Advancement Program, which is used nationally today.

Kim holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice (Forensic Psychology) from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She also holds Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations and has received multiple awards recognizing her leadership, performance and commitment to client service.
