Victoria is a highly experienced legal professional with over 14 years’ expertise across a broad spectrum of disputes, including financial mis selling, holiday sickness, employers’ liability and public liability personal injury claims, property damage, and product liability matters. She has acted for both Claimants and Defendants, bringing a balanced and commercially aware perspective to her work.

In her previous role, Victoria was instructed to represent Small and Medium-sized Enterprises from a range of industries in connection with the Financial Conduct Authority’s redress scheme concerning the mis-selling of interest rate hedging products (IRHPs) by major financial institutions.

Victoria has held senior positions at Sedgwick International UK, working as a Senior Liability Adjuster and later as a Technical and Audit Manager. She specialised in personal injury claims and represented a number of high-profile clients, including VOI Technology during the Department for Transport’s UK-wide e scooter trial, as well as the liability insurer for member clubs of the FA Premier League.

While working full-time as a Technical and Audit Manager, Victoria completed the Costs Lawyer Professional Qualification (CLPQ) and now practises as a qualified Costs Lawyer.

In addition to her case-handling expertise, Victoria has a strong background in delivering tailored training to clients. Recent examples include a BrightTalk presentation on the Hazards in Social Housing (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2025—often referred to as Awaab’s Law—as well as sessions covering policy indemnity, the Pre-Action Protocols for personal injury claims, interim payments, and costs.
