Alison Rolfe

Alison leads Sedgwick Legal Services’ Subsidence Recoveries team, bringing 15 years’ experience in subsidence claims and more than 20 years’ experience across the loss adjusting sector.

She has expertise in recoveries, third-party negotiation, technical data interpretation and mitigation strategies to help control claim costs. Her wider experience includes repair schedule validation, contractor coordination, technical consultation, complaints handling and case auditing.
Alison also designs and delivers bespoke training programmes for internal and external clients, including tailored sessions, reference materials and practical support for colleagues’ development.

During the creation of Sedgwick Legal Services, she played an integral role in developing the operating system, innovative processes and effective working model for recoveries. Under her leadership, the team has grown from a small pre-litigation loss adjusting-led unit into a successful legal department.
