Challenge

An international beverage manufacturer sought to recover damages incurred when a shipping container filled with glass bottles was dropped at an overseas terminal due to rough and careless handling, destroying much of the product and rendering the rest unfit for consumption.

Solution

The company enlisted Sedgwick’s global marine and transportation solutions team, who immediately contacted the terminal, coordinated with all involved.

Results
