Learning courses

Our colleagues complete annual training that provides them with a common understanding of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and our focus on allyship in the workplace. People leaders also take an additional course on managing workplace biases and are given ways to implement these practices.

Colleague resource groups

We encourage colleagues to join colleague-led groups that raise awareness for DEI, foster engagement and build a sense of belonging. Colleagues benefit from offerings around professions development, business engagement, community outreach and member engagement.

Hiring practices

We share open positions across thousands of job boards and associations globally to increase our brand awareness and access to qualified, diverse talent. Throughout the recruitment process, we talk with candidates about our culture of caring counts and how we bring DEI to life every day at Sedgwick
