Matthew Docherty

Matthew joined Sedgwick in 2019 as a mechanical engineering adjuster and was elevated to the position of major and complex loss adjuster in 2022. He specialises in machinery breakdown, plant all risks, assets property damage, engineering and complex electronics claims, in addition to the provision of technical expertise in determining causation and technical quanta. Matthew has experience in mechanical design engineering, plant and maintenance management for heavy construction machinery, and other work in the geotechnical construction industry.
