Emily Fink

Emily Fink is President of Growth Markets and Chief Marketing Officer at Sedgwick, leading the company’s fastest-growing and highest-priority markets. She joined Sedgwick after more than a decade at Liberty Mutual, where she held the roles of Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Experience Officer, and Division President — giving her  operating responsibility across technology, customer experience, and service delivery. She’s spent her career close to the customer, understanding how technology and digital tools reshape employee and customer experiences, and how operational execution determines whether customers trust and stay with a company for the long term. At Sedgwick, she’s bringing that same operating discipline and CX focus to identifying and scaling the markets where Sedgwick can have the greatest impact, while ensuring the technology and experience Sedgwick delivers keep pace with its growth. She holds a BA from Yale and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
