Collected and used with the purpose of: Manage your claim and related disputes; Make decisions about claim assessment, processing and settlement; Train employees; Prevent fraud; Conduct surveys; Manage our business operations including legal compliance; Resolve complaints; Establish and defend legal rights.
This Information is Disclosed for a Business or Commercial Purpose Personal information is shared with these categories of Third Parties (which does not include service providers): Partners in our industry such as reinsurance brokers, appointed representatives, distributors, financial institutions and securities firms.
Personal information collected via Website Browsing Activity, including web tracking technology such as browser cookies, flash cookies, and web beacons is used for business and commercial purposes of website functionality, customization and security. We provide this information to third parties that help us maintain and improve our websites. We also use session replay/screen capture tools to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our websites and the end user experience. Specifically, you may request to receive a copy of the specific pieces of personal data that we have collected about you. You may request that copy in a “portable” format.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale We do not sell your claims-related personal information in exchange for monetary consideration.

Those third parties may use your personal information to optimize our online properties, market our services, and manage their own platforms.
You have the right to opt out of this disclosure of your information, which may be considered a “sale” or “sharing.”
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization if we have actual knowledge of the individual’s age.
The only categories of information that we may have sold or shared are online identifiers and similar information about you as a web browser. Such “selling” or “sharing” is conducted solely to provide and improve our websites.

Right to not be Discriminated Against for Exercising Rights We do not discriminate against you for exercising any rights, such as the access and deletion rights described above.

Sensitive Personal Data We do not use or disclose your sensitive personal information (e.g., information about your health or ethnicity) outside of limited purposes. Such purposes include, for example, for legal compliance, exercising or defending legal rights, and/or to offer our claims processing services. As we only use sensitive personal information for those critical purposes, you do not have the right to opt in or opt out from our use and disclosure of such sensitive information.
