Decisions can then be automated based on pre-determined rules, allowing each claim to be easily identified and triaged to pre-determined pathways, such as fast-track, complex and vulnerable. Our technology allows us to automate request and follow ups, validate certain data points as well as undertake calculations and estimate of loss, resulting in a cost-effective solution.

 

  • Distributions and payments ― Settlement funds are distributed through our payment and fund management partner. Using secure application programming interfaces (APIs), settlement funds are seamlessly transferred to group members. We use dedicated trust accounts, supported by reconciliations and detailed reporting.
